Massage is the a technique that involves manipulation of the muscles within the body. This benefits the body by encouraging relaxation, rehabilitation and body maintenance. The increase of circulation of the blood created through massage touch onto the muscles will increase more oxygen to theses areas, which in turn, as an opposite effect will remove toxins and waste products. This whole action is why every Therapist mentions to increase water intake to prevent dehydration and therefore headache.
